At A.G. Nagle Company, Inc. (AGN) we use our consultative approach to helping customers solve their problems. This 5 step process ensures proper identification of problems, frequent client communication and approvals, tangible deliverables, implementation of solutions, and results. Our process consists of the following 5 steps:

1.Relating

AGN conducts interviews in person and by phone to gather information about the client and their business. During these interviews we get to know the people involved with particular projects, determine their goals, and identify the issues and gaps that are restricting progress toward meeting these goals. This step is completed with delivery to the client of a Work Statement.

2.Discovery

The Discovery step utilizes the appropriate AGN assessment tools to identify the problems and their underlying causes.

A client meeting is conducted to ensure there is agreement on the exact nature of the problem(s) to be solved.

3.Prescribing Solutions

Next a set of recommendations for solving the problems is submitted to the client for approval. AGN will recommend training or product solutions or other approaches that will help the client solve the problems.

AGN always addresses the problem, not the symptom so that the problems are corrected and not repeated. Measures of success and an implementation schedule are established at this step.

4.Implementation

During the implementation step AGN will conduct negotiation and sales training as required. Product solutions will be installed and training in their use provided.

Custom interactive e-learning courses may be developed at this stage based on economics when significant numbers of people located in many different locations must be trained. Progress reports are issued periodically.

5.Supporting

The A.G. Nagle Company provides follow through so that the appropriate resources are in place to insure that the problems are not repeated.

As new employees are recruited, AGN provides any necessary training.
